Anasthesia & Respiratory Care
Anesthesia is used to induce unconsciousness during surgery. The medicament is either inhaled through a breathing mask or tube or given through venous (IV) line. Abreathing tube may be inserted into the trachea to sustain appropriate respiration during surgery.
